This Verification Disclaimer applies to Heirmark public verification tools, scan resolution and related identity status messages.
What verification means
When Heirmark returns a verified or active identity result, it means the submitted or scanned identifier resolved to a Heirmark identity record under that programme’s rules.
What verification does not mean
- An unrecognised code is not automatically counterfeit. Codes can be mistyped, damaged, not yet activated, outside the demo set, or part of another system.
- A printed QR or NFC mark alone is not authenticity. Resolution against a live identity matters.
- Demo Experience IDs illustrate the flow; they are not proof about unrelated physical goods.
Additional checks
Some programmes may require additional verification steps. Brands may apply their own authentication policies beyond Heirmark identity resolution.
No warranty
Verification results are provided as-is for informational purposes. Heirmark disclaims warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law regarding merchantability or fitness of any physical product.
